A question that i get asked a lot is if dieting is the best way to lose weight and if so what diet? Evening though dieting is a word that we learn at a very young, most of us don’t really know much about dieting and are always on the look out for the latest great diet craze.
Let me make one thing perfectly clear, and that is that is if you only look at what you eat for you to lose weight, you wont be anywhere near as successful as you would like, you will suffer and you most likely will gain most of the weight back as soon as you stop dieting.
